Arden At Your Service offers concierge services for tenant clients and their employees that will enhance productivity, company loyalty and strengthen recruiting efforts.

Arden At Your Service Concierge Assistance, is FREE to all tenant employees who in an Arden Property

Complimentary services are available through Arden At Your Service include Dry cleaning pick-up and delivery, Dining reservations, Rental cars, Travel arrangements, Gift baskets, Salon appointments, Spa services, Limousines, Corporate gifts, Floral delivery, and Airport transportation.  Tenants pay only for the actual cost of goods and services requested.  There is never a price mark-up to our vendor prices when making requests with the Arden At Your Service concierge.   Premium Services are also available.

 

Premium Service Accounts

Premium service accounts  are designed for employees and employers who would like to unlock the additional resources of a concierge, and offer additional assistance for employees in their work life balance efforts. Premium services are both ordinary and unusual requests that may include golf tee times, personal research, corporate retreats, relocation coordination, “locating the hard to find,” and purchasing tickets for special events.

Concierge Consulting Available

On some occasions, service requests will require a extended time and resource from the concierge, and therefore, concierge consulting fees will be billed at an Arden discounted hourly rate.  Time estimations per project are determined and agreed upon prior to service commencement.  Examples include party planning, multi-function corporate events, and extensive research projects.
